The Conair Thermolator heaTrac is their one and only hot oil heater, so they loaded it down with all the features you will need for high-temperature control applications. It houses a low level pump shutoff safety along with a sight glass to visually inspect the oil level. A cooling check value prevents coolant from flowing back into the exchanger. A venting solenoid was added to the design to prevent trapped air from accumulating in the system. The pump motor is totally enclosed and fan cooled for optimal performance.
